Anderson Dental is a general dental practice providing a wide array of dental services to the general public. From cosmetic procedures to comprehensive rehabilitative dental care, Dr. Anderson and his team of professionals are committed to improving patients’ smiles and exceeding their expectations. “It is my goal to operate an immaculate, efficient dental office that provides state-of-the-art dentistry combined with clinical judgement that has been tempered through years of extensive training and experience; all done in a calm and relaxed setting” as stated by Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania in 1986.  He then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 1990. Following graduation, Dr. Anderson was accepted into a residency program of general dentistry and oral maxillofacial surgery at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Thereafter, he completed two additional residencies in general dentistry at New Rochelle Hospital in New York.

Dr. Anderson is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, St. George’s Oral Cancer Society, as well as the Norwalk and Stamford Dental Societies. Additionally, Dr. Anderson is a published author in the field of biology.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. As a dentist, Dr. Anderson is responsible for diagnosing oral diseases, as well as promoting oral health and disease prevention.
