Dr. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College in 1982 and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986. He completed his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in 1989 at Boston University.

Dr. Piekarsky is proud to have been voted by his peers as a NJ Monthly Magazine Top Orthodontist every year since.

To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics, Dr. Larry maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the Dental Society of New Jersey, of which he has served as president.

Dr. Larry has always been involved with the community, whether in sponsoring sports programs in town or literary contests for free braces for underprivileged kids.

He also sponsors events for various cancer organizations and the Special Olympics. He has always believed in being involved with the community and supporting it in any way possible.

Away from the office, Dr. Larry enjoys a variety of activities. He is a seasoned golfer, a martial arts expert, and enjoys working out, basketball, and spending quality time with his family.

As Piekarsky Orthodontics celebrates 50 years of creating Piekarsky smiles, Dr. Larry proudly continues to build patient relationships started by his father. In fact, he is now treating the children and grandchildren of some of the patients his father treated.
