    Harrisburg, PA | May 11, 2017 During a failed bypass in February 2016 as a "Director" at the Camp Hill Geisinger Ortenzio Heart Center at Holy Spirit Hospital, he tore my mammary artery. He tried to sew it up but it would not pass flow. I then had to have a stent put in. In a period before my surgery, Lico had a 14% failure rate on this kind of operation compared to better doctors with 2-4% failure rate. He's mediocre at best. His last words to me were "I could do this operation eating a donut". I think he tried.
