Dedicated to patients’ dental health, Dr. Pearce provides top-rated dental treatments at her private practice – Bay Dental Family Dentistry & Orthodontics – conveniently located in Santa Ana, California.

Having been in dentistry for over 25 years, Dr. Pearce has extended clinical knowledge in general dentistry for adults and children, implants, and orthodontics. She and her friendly staff offer comprehensive dental care that includes cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, general dentistry, orthodontics, and much more. They are always at the forefront of the latest research in dentistry and use the most up-to-date methods and technology to help patients achieve their desired smiles.

A local Orange County dentist, Dr. Pearce grew up in Costa Mesa, California and is a graduate of Estancia High School in 1986. She then went on to graduate from USC with a bachelor’s degree in Gerontology. She was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority and was an officer for the sorority. She grew a love for college and NFL football while attending USC.

While off to dental school at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Dr. Pearce learned to be a dentist learning patient care and dental lab work. After graduating in 1994, she completed the residency program at UCSF Dental School in San Francisco in 1995. Fewer than 1% of dentists have completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certification.

With a warm personal touch and an attention to detail, Dr. Pearce started playing the piano at the age of three and thanks her parents for encouraging her to play competitively in her early years. She believes her fine motor skills developed at an early age and interests in art helped her to decide to go into dentistry.

To learn the latest techniques and advancements in her field, Dr. Pearce spends hours of continuing education traveling all over the United States. Her strength in creating a beautiful healthy smile is her #1 interest.

Dentistry is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the teeth, gums, mouth and jaw. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They correct bite issues, perform surgeries, address tooth decay, design esthetically beautiful smiles and perform other duties to ensure that the mouth is healthy.

An avid USTA tennis player, Dr. Pearce was once the #1 doubles team in California attending the National Championship in Arizona. She loves to ski, walk, and of course watch her USC Trojans and Los Angeles Rams win a couple of games.
