Most importantly brush them. There are tablets available for soaking them and there are Ultrasonic cleaners. There are so many types of clear aligners out there now! Your dentist/orthodontist will be the best source for what brand of cleaner is best for your brand of aligners. Retainer Brite has always been my go to product. Can Invisalign cause tooth damage?
If you don't follow the plan and advance too rapidly through the aligners...yes. If you start and stop and start and stop, never completing treatment and allowing your teeth to move and relapse and move and relapse...yes. If you eat or drink with the aligners in and the food or drink is held against your teeth...yes. If you skip your dental cleanings...yes. If you don't keep your aligners clean...yes. You get the idea. But if you follow instructions and your dentist's plan it would be extremely rare to harm your teeth. Clear aligners are great. READ MORE
Are lingual braces painful?

How long does Invisalign take to work?
That’s impossible to answer without knowing how many aligners will be prescribed. You could need refinement if you go thru all your aligners and there are some corrections that still need to be made. Or your teeth could stop tracking and require a mid course correction. Both of these will add time your treatment. Invisalign is great. But there is no answer to this question that applies to every case. The best time estimate is how many aligners were prescribed and will you be changing aligners every week or every two weeks. Are full dentures more comfortable than partial?
No. With full dentures your food will never taste the same. There's nothing to help hold them in. There's a loss of self confidence worrying about it breaking or being lost. You should not sleep in them. Partials have teeth to help anchor and hold them in place. Now if you are asking about implant supported dentures then you do have anchorage and you do have less tissue coverage so they don't diminish taste as much. READ MORE
