Dr. Kristen Savola is a board-certified dermatologist who has been serving medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology patients since 2005. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology and is the only board-certified dermatologist in the Valley who performs cosmetic procedures. Dr. Savola has been educated at several of the most prestigious universities thereby bringing significant expertise to our community. She is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Vermont, received a Master’s degree in educational psychology from Harvard University, and attended medical school at Columbia University where she graduated with the highest honor of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA). Prior to dermatology, Dr. Savola completed an internal medicine residency at the University of California, San Francisco, and fellowship training in infectious diseases from Stanford University and has been board-certified in both of these specialties. She went on to receive her dermatology training at the Medical College of Virginia where she served as chief resident.
