Years later, in 1982, she earned her Doctorate in Clinical/ School Psychology from the University of Siena in Italy. She then worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Researcher at the Psychiatric Clinic (Department of Medical Psychology) of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Siena.
In 1984, she received her Post-Doctoral degree (Diploma of Advanced Studies in Child Psychology) with specialization in the Development of Language and Language Disorders from the University of Paris, France. Following this, she received another Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with specialization in Learning Disabilities, ADD/ADHD and Neuropsychology from University Inca Garcilaso de la Vega in Lima, Peru and later became an Honorary Professor in Clinical Psychology at the said University. In 2007, Dr. Delidimitropulu received her Post-Doctoral degree ( D.M.S in Clinical Psychopharmacology) from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in Boston, U.S.A.
