A devoted plastic surgeon, Dr. Bidic and his team at American Surgical Arts are dedicated to providing a warm, compassionate, and safe environment for patients who choose their plastic surgery practice based in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, for nonsurgical and surgical procedures. His practice focuses on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, including breast reconstruction, mommy makeovers, and facial plastic surgery procedures such as rhinoplasties, facelifts, and neck lifts. He is also skilled at complex hand surgery.

As he works closely with his patients toward the common goal of restoring or enhancing their appearance, he often forms lasting relationships with them. He believes every patient is an individual with special desires and needs. It is his passion to employ every skill he has to make people healthier and happier.

Pertaining to his educational pursuits, Dr. Bidic is a graduate of Cumberland Regional High School. After graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the College of Arts and Sciences, he completed his medical school training at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.

Thereafter, he completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in mixed-media sculpture at the renowned Carnegie Mellon University School of Art. Finally, he completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship as a Clinical Instructor with both the departments of plastic surgery and orthopedic surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles.

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in both plastic surgery and surgery of the hand by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). He is 1 of 3 board-certified plastic surgeons in the nation with a Master of Fine Arts. He has also lectured internationally and published extensively on the topics of plastic surgery and hand surgery, in addition to teaching more than 50 plastic and hand surgeons who are now practicing throughout the world.

Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Bidic is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons.

From 2005 to 2010, he served as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery and Program Director of the Hand and Microsurgery Fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, America’s largest plastic surgery residency. During his time in Dallas, he was also a faculty member at the Dallas Rhinoplasty Symposium, Dallas Cosmetic Symposium, Stephen Mathes Reconstructive Surgery Symposium, and AO Hand Fracture Management Course.

Using his knowledge, abilities, influence, and resources to help others, Dr. Bidic believes he and his family have been so blessed with love and abundance that it is their duty and privilege to give back to others in their time of need. His support includes both volunteering his medical skills and being involved in local and national organizations, such as the Life Enhancement Association for People Foundation (surgical missions in Belize), Susan G. Komen® Foundation, Le Hoang Foundation (providing surgery and dental care to children in Vietnam), the American Cancer Society, Inspira Health Network Foundation, Maryville Rehabilitation Center, Bidic Family Foundation, Julianna and Max’s Field Day for Charity, and more.
