Family Practice of CentraState features board-certified primary care, internal medicine, pediatric, and family medicine doctors in multiple locations throughout central New Jersey, including Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex, and Ocean counties. In his professional experience, Dr. Pedowitz also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at two medical schools in the area. A Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, he remains active with the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons & the American Osteopathic Association.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, he went on to obtain his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri in 1991. This was followed by a residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine, where the doctor served as Chief Resident.
