She completed her residency in Dallas before relocating to the Houston area to be closer to her family. Her dedication to her patients and community has earned her accolades, including recognition as one of Houston’s “Top Doctors” for multiple years and a spot in the Who’s Who in Primary Care in the U.S. in 2018.
In 2021, Dr. Sun-Wright founded New Wave Physicians Group after serving in high-level management roles within two large multi-specialty healthcare organizations.
