Dr. Presley leads Sound emergency medicine groups in 15 states that care for more than 1.5 million patients annually.

A 2002 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, Dr. Presley went on to perform his residency within the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Louisville in 2005.
A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP), he is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM certifies emergency physicians who meet its educational, professional, and examination standards.
Emergency medicine is the medical specialty concerned with the care of illnesses or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. An emergency physician works in an emergency department to care for acutely ill or injured patients on an unscheduled basis.
