His clinical interests include biliary disease, biliary stone removal, colon polyps, colonoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound, esophageal gastro duodenoscopy, feeding tube insertion, hemorrhoid banding, hemorrhoids, and sigmoidoscopy (flexible).

Educated in Ghana, Dr. Adjei graduated with his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1987. After relocating to the United States, he attended the University of Miami and Howard University Hospital. He finished his extensive training with fellowships in both hepatology and gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic.
