After earning his bachelor’s degree from the Sophie Davis, City College of New York in 2007, Dr. Hadi went on to obtain his medical degree from Albany Medical College in 2009. Upon graduation, he went on to complete his internship in internal medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in 2010, followed by his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU Langone Medical Center in 2013. 

Physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry and physiatrics, is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities. Physiatrists treat a wide variety of medical conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. 

On the subject of his philanthropic endeavors, Dr. Hadi has served as a volunteer at the Islamic Center of Long Island since 2003, planning, organizing, and coordinating in fundraising and similar events.
