- Kim
As a new patient you are always a bit Leary of seeing a new physician. Once I entered the office it felt right. Not sterile at all. Greeted by very friendly staff, received a goody bag that had information about the office, a welcome to the office signed by what I assume is the entire staff, as well as some fun items. I roomed myself (that is new) and was greeted within a few minutes by a medical assistant that was very kind and helpful. Then the Nurse Practitioner came in and we had a very pleasant visit. I was HEARD and SEEN as a person not as just a patient. I walked out having my blood drawn in the office, I did not have to go to another place, my next appointment was made. Overall it was a really great experience.
