My toe bump?
Hello! Without a physical examination, it is hard to say what it is or what it could be. But, from your description, it sounds like you may have a hammertoe deformity that has caused the "knuckle" to rub against the underside of your shoe causing soft corn to develop, which has subsequently hardened and developed into what we call heloma durum. Please see a podiatrist who can actually make an appropriate diagnosis after a physical examination and possibly an X-ray. All the best. Ujjwal K. Datta, DPM, FACFAS READ MORE
Ingrown toenail?
It looks pretty severe. You need to have a podiatrist remove the ingrown toenail as well as the pyogenic granuloma ("the fleshy part") ASAP. You need oral antibiotics s well. Depending on how long you've had this, I'd recommend an X-ray of the toe to make sure you didn't develop or are not developing osteomyelitis (infection of the bone) of the big toe. Good luck.
