Dr. Mariwalla is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, an expert in facial reconstruction, as well as a thoughtful aesthetic clinician. She is the Founder of Mariwalla Dermatology, specializing in all skin types and treating both pediatric and adult patients.

Growing up in New York, Dr. Mariwalla finished her medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She did a year of internal medicine at the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital, and then returned to New Haven and completed a residency in dermatology at Yale, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She stayed on for a fellowship in advanced dermatologic surgery where she honed her skills as a skin cancer specialist and expert in cosmetic dermatology. 

Focusing on the health of the skin, the doctor is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). The ABD is a voluntary, non-profit, private, autonomous organization formed for the primary purpose of protecting the public interest by establishing and maintaining high standards of training, education, and qualifications of physicians rendering care in dermatology.
