Has any travel recently? if so, dengue is up on the differential, also have covid and influenza tests done, and consult with another PCP, unfortunately, i cannot suggest treatment other than over-the-counter meds like cold and flu syrup/pills of some pepto or nexium. clear fluids and blend foods until starting to tolerate solids. good luck READ MORE

Do I have to avoid eating foods like ginger or garlic if I'm taking propranolol
Although propranolol does not treat the underlying cause of anxiety it does lower heart rate and blood pressure. some studies say ginger lowers heart rate and blood pressure, you should monitor both while ginger consumption, if your heart rate is less than 60 or blood pressure is less than 90/60 discontinue the medication or ginger consumption, and consult PCP for further evaluation or treatment.
