Dr. Sampang is a fellowship-trained family physician in practice since 2008. She is the Founder of Grace Medical Clinic, LLC in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
As such, she provides primary care to her patients and offers services on acute illnesses that are not life threatening from newborn to elderly, as well as conducts specified physical exams. She is committed towards providing excellent patient care and delivers a compassionate approach in treating her patients from childhood to adulthood.
Prior to forming Grace Medical Clinic, LLC, she provided medical care to veterans at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in West Virginia, and worked in urgent care facilities in the Northern Virginia and Maryland area.
Born in the Philippines to a family of medical professionals, Dr. Sampang graduated with her medical degree from the Far Eastern University – Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in 1995. She obtained her board certification in emergency medicine after completing her residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines.
Upon relocating to the United States, she went on to perform her residency in family medicine and her fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Medical Center of Central Georgia.
Among her professional affiliations, she is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Geriatrics Society.
With a focus on comprehensive health care for people of all ages, Dr. Sampang is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
