Get to know Clinical Geneticist Dr. June-Anne Gold, who serves patients in San Bernardino, California.
An experienced clinical geneticist, Dr. Gold is in practice at the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Pediatric Specialty Clinics, serving patients in the Genetics & NeuroAssessment Program. She can also be found on staff at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, and the UCI Medical Center.
Back in the early days of her academic career, she graduated with her medical degree from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in England. Upon relocating to the United States, she completed her residency in medical genetics at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, where she now holds a faculty position as an Associate Clinical Professor within the Department of Pediatrics.
Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (FACMG), the doctor is board-certified in clinical genetics and genomics by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG). The mission of the ABMGG is to serve the public and medical profession by establishing professional certification standards and promoting lifelong learning as well as excellence in medical genetics and genomics.
In order to remain up to date in her field, Dr. Gold is an active member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), and the American Medical Association.
