Get to know Family Physician Dr. Almond Toledo, who serves patients in Jacksonville, Florida.

A devoted family physician, Dr. Toledo is in practice at Baptist Primary Care in Jacksonville, Florida. A member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, he is dedicated to forming meaningful relationships with his patients and providing individualized and research-based care. He takes a holistic view of medicine, treating the whole patient. He specializes in online doctor visits, diabetes, asthma, preventive care, geriatric care, sports medicine, chronic conditions, and communicable and heart disease.

With a broad educational background, he graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015, and completed his residency in family medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2018. Recently, he served a fellowship in sports medicine at the same educational venue, volunteering his services at intercollegiate sporting events while also treating student-athletes in an on-campus, sports medicine clinic.
