Back in 1991, Dr. Saltagi graduated with his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Damascus in Syria. There, he performed a residency at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the Medical College of Ohio.
