Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Dr. Santos began his medical education at the esteemed Higher Institute of Medical Science, where he achieved his Medical Degree in 1980. Following this significant milestone, he embarked on a transformative path, completing his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University Hospital Ramon Ruiz Arnau in Puerto Rico in 2003.

Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Santos  holds the prestigious title of Diplomate, conferred by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Before opening his practice in Greenacres, Dr. Santos lent his expertise to various aspects of pediatric care in diverse locations, including Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Florida.
