Get to know Dentist Dr. Kevin Jong, who serves patients throughout the State of New York.

Dr. Jong is an excellent, honest professional in the field of dentistry working at two dental practices in New York: Dobbs Ferry Dental & The Tarrytown Dental. He believes in a conservative, evidence-based dentistry that has served his patients very well over twenty years in practice.

Academically, he earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, which is not only an American academic icon, but a world class institution. He then attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center to achieve his certificate in General Practice Residency.

From then on, Dr. Jong has continued his training in various fields in dentistry, including Advanced Esthetics at SUNY Buffalo, a pioneer in cosmetic dentistry.

General dentists provide a wide array of services that are vital to patients’ continued health. These services include: preventive services, including helping to maintain good oral health by stopping disease before it takes hold in the mouth; restorative services, such as receiving timely and appropriate treatment when a problem is identified; as well as cosmetic services, including performing a range of cosmetic procedures, such as teeth whitening, cosmetic bonding, and even porcelain veneers. General dentists also address overall health concerns as oral health is seen as the mirror of general health. In fact, some dental problems may reflect issues in other parts of the body and vice versa.
