  • Whats wrong with me

First of all, have you been diagnosed with migraine headaches or are you just calling it a migraine, because it is a really bad headache? If you truely do have migraines, than these symptoms can certainly be from one. IF these symptoms ARE different than your usual headaches, you should be seen in the Emergency Dept. and/or get in touch with your PCP first. Weather or not you have been diagnosed with migraines, if this HA is different than your usual HAs and/or the eye complaint is new, go to the emergency department for a work up. READ MORE

  • Stomach issues

Assuming you are otherwise healthy with no known other medical problems, this could be related to your diet. No one should have constant and. pain and cramping. You need a more thorough evaluation by a gastroenterologist, and/or talk to the surgeon who operated on you. Many of these post op cramps and pains can be from surgical adhesions, where scar tissue forms around your intestines. These can be very uncomfortable and can require surgical repair. This is kind of redudant, because if surgery caused the adhesions and you have another surgical procedure to lyse them, isn't the going to cause more adhesions? Well yes, it could. But if the current condition is severe enough, this may be your only option. READ MORE

  • Broken rib

You should go to an urgent care or emergency dept. for a physical exam and X-rays to see if you have a rib fracture and to make sure there is no damage to your lungs, a pulmonary contusion or a small pneumothorax, which is a puncture to the tissue layer that separates the lung from the chest wall. If air gets in that space, it can compress the lung making it difficult for you to breath and potentially cause other problems too. If your breathing gets any worse snd/or you start coughing up any bloody sputum, do not hesitate, GO TO THE EMERGENCY DEPT!! READ MORE

  • Hernia

If the hernia is protuberant, then No, you should not fly. If it pops out on a fairly regular basis, I would advise against flying also. READ MORE

  • Knee Injury Never Healed

See an Orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation. No sports, running and minimize use of stairs. If this is your right knee, avoid driving. If it is your left and you drive a manual transmission, avoid driving until cleared to do so. Certainly, no hockey or sports until medically cleared. READ MORE

Cannot be properly addressed without a physical exam. You need to be seen by your doctor. READ MORE

  • over medicated

  • Will I overdose if I was suppose to take 1 pill and took 3 on accident?

This does not sound like a dangerous overdose. You may have some nausea/vomiting ans a HA but, not knowing where you are in your treatment course for your infection, you should check with your prescriber to see where to go from here. This is not an over dose situation. READ MORE

  • Premature ejaculation

There are many reasons for Premature ejaculation, some physical and many mental. Start off by taking your time when in a sexual mode. Try mentally focusing on something other than your partner during the act. If this becomes a continuous issue, you will need to see a urologist or even your PCP. Do not take any meds without the approval of a medical specialist. This is, understandably, an embarrassing situation, but you must understand, you are not alone in this. This is a common issue for many men and does not mean anything negative about your masculinity!! READ MORE

  • Red bump

Note if it is tender or painful. Is there any swelling or drainage from the bump. Any urethral drainage or burning with urination. Have you seen any unusual rashes anywhere else on your body. No sex until you have this seen and treated by a medical specialist. Many different illnesses can present like this. If you must have sex, nothing oral and use a condom. This must be seen by a medical specialist! READ MORE

  • Burn

Straight off, the hand should have been cooled immediately with cold compresses, cold water, no ice applied directly to the skin. Next, or first, this is your hand, you should be seen at a burn center ASAP. Do not put 'burn salves' or any OTC burn creams on it. From the picture, this looks like a first degree burn but not knowing the exact time of the burn and what has been done to it thus far, it is imposible to tell. If any blistering develops then it is a second degree burn. The hand should be wrapped now with a clean dry towel or bulky cloth. GO TO A BURN CENTER! On going follow up is going to be very important for this. READ MORE

  • Herpes

Yes, it is possible. You need to be seen by a primary care physician, The ED or your own GP. READ MORE
