Dr. David Tomlinson is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Brown University and specializes in newborn male circumcision. Dr. Tomlinson is recognized as a global expert in newborn male circumcision. He wrote the surgical chapters for the World Health Organization manual on early infant male circumcision and has developed male circumcision training programs around the World. Dr. Tomlinson led the team that developed the Minimally Invasive AccuCirc, a device that makes newborn male circumcision safer and more accurate.
