Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. A general dentist is a primary care dental provider who diagnoses, treats, and manages patients’ overall oral health care needs, including gum care, root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, and preventive education. “I found working with my hands was as natural as breathing or walking down the street. I have been blessed to be a provider of dental care, and I appreciate it each and every day. Several years have passed, but I realize my life as a student will never end” as stated by Dr. Tamucci.
In his spare time, Dr. Tamucci enjoys going to sporting events and spending time with his five children. He also enjoys the companionship of his wife, a great movie or a Broadway show, as well as long drives in his favorite car to clear his head and enjoy the open road.
