Get to know Dentist Dr. Drayton Smith, who serves patients in Broomall, Pennsylvania.

Specializing in family, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry, Dr. Smith is a dentist who has been with Brosnan Dental in Broomall, Pennsylvania since May of 2012. The dental practice has been providing comprehensive family dental treatment to the Main Line and Delaware County for over 25 years.

After graduating from St. Joseph’s Prep and Ursinus College, Dr. Smith completed a Master of Science degree in Biology at St. Joseph’s University. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2012. 

Certified in Invisalign, this dentist practices many modern techniques in general and cosmetic dentistry. His most memorable time at Temple Dental School was a dental service trip to the Dominican Republic. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

Outside of the office, Dr. Smith’s hobbies include playing golf and rugby, as well as spending time with friends and family.
