Subsequently, he earned his medical degree in 2000 from St. George’s University School of Medicine, and completed a comprehensive 5-year residency in general surgery at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. His training culminated with a plastic surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, as well as a fellowship in cosmetic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital/Manhattan Eye, Ear, Throat Hospital (MEETH), where he worked under the guidance of world-renowned surgeons.
Double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Paresi is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Cleft Palate – Craniofacial Association.
Beyond his clinical practice, he has served as a Reviewer for the esteemed Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal since 2011, and has 13 peer-reviewed articles to his credit. He has also traveled to Guatemala as a medical missionary, providing essential medical care to children with deformities, burns, and birth defects.
