Get to know Pediatrician Dr. Jane C. Presti, who serves patients in Westfield, New Jersey.

Dr. Presti is a trusted pediatrician who has been repeatedly named in NJ Family Top Kids’ Docs. She is in practice with Pediatric Associates of Westfield in New Jersey.

The staff at Pediatric Associates of Westfield have the training, certification, and experience necessary to ensure that their patients receive high quality care. They strive to provide the most appropriate advice for parents of children of all ages, based on their training and experience as physicians and as parents, as well as their relationship with the individual patient. 

At the start of her academic career, Dr. Presti graduated from Rutgers University College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then went on to receive her medical degree from the Santiago University of Technology (UTESA) Medical School, after which she completed her residency in pediatrics at Overlook Medical Center, where she also served as chief resident.

Following her training, she attained board certification in pediatrics through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement. 

A member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Presti is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). She is also affiliated with Overlook Medical Center.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends individuals be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults. They are trained to examine, diagnose, and treat children with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature.

On a more personal note, Dr. Presti resides in Warren, New Jersey with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time at the beach in Point Pleasant with her family, traveling, skiing, and reading.
