Dr. Tsai skills, education and expertise make him one of the most sought after fertility specialists in the country. Dr. Tsai earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, now known as the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in New York City, a leader in medical and scientific training and education, biomedical research and patient care. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology & infertility at the University of California-San Francisco/Stanford Medical Center.

Dr.Tsai Board Certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is licensed in NY and CT. 

He is an accomplished clinical researcher and author of numerous articles and chapters for professional medical publications. He is also an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University, a private Ivy League university.
