Hi Angie, sorry for the delay. You certainly could have ruptured a biceps tendon, a fall where you grab a pole would be a mechanism for rupturing a tendon. My guess is you either know what your injury is by now, or you feel better after 24 days. Anyhow, sorry for the delay. READ MORE
How soon can I resume swimming after a back surgery?
I would probably ask your surgeon what his/her preference is, but I think I would wait 6 months after a spinal fusion. If it was just a decompression or a kyphoplasty, you certainly could swim by now. READ MORE
