What do you attribute your success to?
- She attributes her success to her very much appreciated colleagues that she works so closely with as a team, and to the families and most of all her patients that she gets the privilege to take care of them and spend time helping them to get better and go home happy and healthy. She absolutely loves what she does and enjoys working hard and doing research so that she can provide the best care to her patients. She always knew she wanted to be in the medical field, and while she was in Medical School she found her calling in pediatrics, and decided to go into more complex cases and work in pediatric critical care, as she felt her calling was needed so much more in the ICU, where she spends her time working hard to ensure that her patients have the best care and most up to date advances for the best possible outcomes. She was the first in her family to become a doctor and to attend college, and she finds the greatest reward when she has her patients come back to see her 10 years later and tell her how happy and healthy they are and that she did make an impact in their life. She has never experienced greater joy than that feeling when she sees them older and happy with their lives outside of the ICU.
