Born and raised on the Eastside, Dr. Karam began his journey by working the second-shift at Chrysler to pay for his undergraduate tuition at Aquinas College. He graduated in 1976. Soon after, he returned to Chrysler to pay the rest of his tuition and save up for his dream – dental school. Years later, his dream became a reality when he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1984 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Karam is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Michigan Dental Association. Dr. Karam is a certified Invisalign provider. Invisalign is a type of orthodontic treatment that helps to straighten teeth without the use of the typical metal braces.
