The team of board-certified physicians treats patients with the following hypertension and kidney conditions or needs: acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, blood chemistry disorders, anemia, kidney replacement therapy, post kidney transplant care, dialysis, and dialysis access care and interventional procedures (at The Vascular Access Center of Central Ohio). They are dedicated to improving quality of life through dedicated, hands-on, leading-edge medical technology and compassion.

Before embarking on his professional journey, he obtained a pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 1992 and worked as a registered pharmacist. He graduated with his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1996. He then went on to complete a residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in nephrology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Dedicated to the care of patients, he is board-certified in nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
A Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN), Dr. O’Reilly is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the National Kidney Foundation, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
