Dr. Flenniken was born in Germany, raised in Pennsylvania, and later moved to Virginia. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
Dr. Flenniken is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Flenniken is certified in IV sedation, nitrous oxide, and laser dentistry. He is also licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
