I was never happy w Dr.Rizk when i saw her at the Far West Center in Westlake, oh. She kept bumping up my Zoloft back in 2005 to all the way up to 275mgs daily!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to see Dr.Rizk or anyone at the Far West Center They don't treat you like a patient but a number .
