Get to know Family Physician Dr. M. I. Dababnah, who serves patients in Beaver, West Virginia.

An established and experienced family physician, Dr. Dababnah specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages. He sees patients at his private practice – the Dababnah Clinic – in Beaver, West Virginia.

Dedicated to the profession of medicine, he treats conditions such as prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, pain, vascular disease, enlarged prostate, high cholesterol, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and more.

Back in the early days of his academic career, Dr. Dababnah graduated with his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of Damascus University in Syria in 1969. He then relocated to the United States, performing his residency in family medicine at Clifton Forge Hospital.

With five decades of experience, the doctor is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.
