Regional Neurological Associates is pleased to announce that Dr. Randall Berliner, a distinguished specialist in neurology and psychiatry, continues to provide exceptional patient care at our facility. With a robust background in headache disorders and a commitment to advancing treatment options, he remains an invaluable asset to the team and the community.

Academically, Dr. Berliner completed an extensive dual residency program in neurology and psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Following his residency, he pursued a research fellowship in Geriatric Neuropsychiatry, where he had the privilege of working under the esteemed Dr. Richard Lipton. It was during this fellowship that Dr. Berliner honed his focus on headaches, a passion that has led to significant contributions in the field.

An active member of the American Headache Society, Dr. Berliner specializes in innovative interventional approaches to migraines and other headache disorders. His expertise includes the use of Botox, infusion therapies, and various injection techniques that have proven effective in alleviating patient suffering. Dr. Berliner’s research has culminated in numerous publications, notably on topics such as nerve blocks and the role of the Sphenopalatine Ganglion in headache management.

In addition to his specialization in headache disorders, Dr. Berliner is dedicated to addressing the complexities of Vestibular Migraine, which presents with vertigo, as well as the intertwined issues of anxiety and depression that often accompany chronic headache conditions. His comprehensive approach ensures that patients receive holistic care, addressing both neurological and psychological aspects of their health.

An expert in his field, Dr. Berliner is Board Certified in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Headache Medicine, and he holds the prestigious title of Fellow of the American Headache Society. His broad knowledge also encompasses general neurology and psychiatry, allowing him to treat a diverse range of conditions, including memory disorders and ADHD.
