I am appalled by this doctors bedside manner. This was the second time I have seen this doctor. After asking him about something that was written in my chart by another doctor, he asked me if I needed my memory checked because for whatever reason he believed I was not remembering that we had already discussed this matter. Instead of explaining to me why it was written in my chart he decided to ask me if I have had any memory issues. Very disappointed in this doctors follow up of handling this matter.
