Remaining at the forefront of his challenging specialty, the doctor is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery, an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
Prior to his current endeavors, Dr. Lane served as the Director of Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery, and as the Associate Director of the Digestive Health Center at the Medical College of Georgia/Augusta University.
