Get to know Nephrologist Dr. Eric S. Lazar, who serves patients in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Lazar is a practicing nephrologist in practice with Boca Raton Regional Hospital, a not-for-profit, advanced tertiary medical center with 400 beds and more than 800 primary and specialty physicians on staff.

Following the completion of his medical degree from The Chicago Medical School in 2001, Dr. Lazar went on to complete his internship and residency at the McGraw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago in 2002 and 2004, respectively. In 2006, he completed a fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals.
