WendySue G. Miljour-Hill is a limited licensed psychologist who is affiliated with Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System in Kingsford, Michigan. Northpointe Behavioral Healthcare System strives to improve the lives of people challenged with severe emotional, behavioral, co-occurring, and/or intellectual/developmental disability through person-centered planning in a trauma-informed environment. 

As an expert in her field, WendySue provides services to individuals with serious mental illnesses and intellectual/developmental disabilities, as well as to children with serious emotional disturbance. WendySue earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University in 1996. 

Psychology is the science of behavior and mind. It includes the study of conscious and unconscious phenomena, as well as feeling and thought. A limited licensed psychologist is required by state law to be under the supervision of a full licensed psychologist (Ph.D.). The main difference between a limited and a full license psychologist is education. A limited license is granted to those holding a master’s degree in psychology, while a full license is given to those holding a doctorate degree. The areas of practice remain the same, the exception being that a limited license holder will always remain under the supervision of a full license holder.
