Born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine, Dr. Spivak has been living in the United States since 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, graduating with honors. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
Committed to lifetime learning, Dr. Spivak continues to advance her dental education and skills through various continuing education courses and seminars. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
