Physicians and other healthcare professionals at the Neuroscience Center collaborate with physicians across specialties to provide patients with the correct diagnosis and technologically advanced treatment options.
After earning his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1972, Dr. Dillon went on to perform his residency in neurological surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dedicated to the profession of medicine, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurological Surgery (FAANS), a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
Furthermore, he is board-certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, whose mission is to encourage the study, improve the practice, elevate the standards, and advance the science of neurological surgery and thereby serve the cause of public health.
