First call 911 - If he is awake and responsive give him 325 mg of aspirin. Keep him calm. Also if you are caring for some one who has heart disease you should learn CPR. As long as your son is other wise healthy, I would not recommend go to the emergency department at this time. This does sound like anxiety.
