Following her graduation, she completed her residency in General Surgery and a two-year post-doctoral research fellowship at Columbia University, where she focused on ECMO and congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Her extensive training continued with a fellowship in Pediatric Surgery at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, further solidifying her expertise.
