A graduate of Emory University and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, Dr. Dayries has dedicated her career to enhancing the health and smiles of her community. At Whole Healing Dental, she emphasizes a natural, holistic, and biologic (integrative) approach to dentistry, tailoring treatments to each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Dayries has dedicated her family dental practice to enhancing function and aesthetics, specializing in treatments like bonding and veneers. Recognizing the importance of overall health in achieving a beautiful, radiant smile, she continually educates herself to provide personalized care that best supports each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Dayries’ journey into integrative dentistry was inspired by her own experiences with lead and mercury toxicity, alongside her roles as a mother and Girl Scout leader. These experiences ignited her enthusiasm for nutritional counseling and herbal medicine, leading her to incorporate lifestyle recommendations into her dental practice. Her innovative techniques include the use of functional orthodontic appliances, making her the only dentist in the Atlanta area to offer such services.
As a Fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and faculty advisor board member, Dr. Dayries is recognized for her dedication to ongoing education, having completed a rigorous 1,000-hour training program. She is also SMART certified and accredited by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, where she serves on the board, as a mentor, and a member of the scientific committee. Her contributions to the field extend to her roles as a speaker at prestigious dental conventions and as a podcast host of “HealthCare from Your Dentist’s Chair.”
Dr. Dayries’ commitment to improving dental and overall health is further illustrated in her book, “Solve Your Sleep for Better Health: Get to the Core of Your Snore.” Through her work, she continues to empower patients to take charge of their health, blending traditional dental practices with integrative health strategies.
