Andrew Moulton, MD, completed his medical degree in 1997 from SUNY Downstate School of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York, followed by his residency in 2002 from SUNY Downstate Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. In 2004 Dr. Moulton completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Disease. Since beginning his career, Moulton has become a member of The Scoliosis Research Society, and The North American Spine Society. Among his list of impressive achievements is being the President and co-founder of the Butterfly Foundation; a non-profit organization that bring American doctors to the Dominican Republic to teach local surgeons the newest spinal surgical techniques. Today, Dr. Moulton is practicing orthopaedic surgery at University Orthopedics, in Hawthorne, New York.
