    Hi Pain in the stomach after eating can be a sign of inflammation of the stomach or an ulcer on the stomach/intestine (gastritis or Peptic ulcer disease). It can also be an inflammation of your pancreas which it can be life threatening. If you don't have any allergies you can take over the counter and by anti acid like zantac, Nexium, Prilosec to relief the symptoms. Abstain from alcohol, and anti inflammatories like advil, aleve. But its imperative that you go to see your primary care, Internist, Family Medicine, as the only way to diagnose gastritis or an ulcer is by endoscopy.
