When I came to Dr. Allen, I had been living with severe plantar fasciitis for a few years. I had been to an orthopedic and was about to start physical therapy and steroid treatments. As a "last resort" I decided to try acupuncture. I am happy to say that after a few months, I am living virtually pain free. In addition to treating the plantar fasciitis, she helped me with stress management and get to the root of the cause (or so to speak.) I would certainly recommend Dr. Allen and her therapy.

Dr. Allen is fantastic!!! My wife and I were referred by a friend. I was skeptical at first. Never had acupuncture, and was experiencing chronic lower back pain from construction work. I had seen physical therapists, and physicians, and still had the occasional spasm. Spasms cost money and time. After several visits with Dr. Allen, not only had my back pain decreased, but my acid reflux and overall stress levels were starting to lessen in frequency as well. Spasms (knock on wood) have yet to return. She is honest and open. She is knowledgeable and well versed in multiple facets of the healing process. She is comforting. She is an outstanding listener, and she is in a constant state of evaluation. From visit to visit, treatment may vary based on our pre table discussions, and this attention to detail is so hard to find in a big box medical center. Dr. Allen has become a part of our lives, and I consider her a friend. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!
